I almost didn't recognize Shameless star Emmy Rossum behind her big in these photos of the actress arriving at JFK a few days ago. Maybe it’s because she wasn’t sporting her signature big curls, but even then, her classic style gave her away. A leopard trench is a very smart thing to have in your travel wardrobe – it’s lightweight, easy to wear and the pattern disguises wrinkles and a makes you look utterly chic with very little effort. Paired with a Louis Vuitton Pegase Rolling Suitcase, Emmy looks like an air travel pro.

Where Rossum does go wrong, though, is with her MICHAEL Michael Kors Hamilton Leather Tote. I like the bag just fine on its own, but the ivory-and-blue color scheme doesn’t coordinate with the rest of her outfit at all. Not to mention that white and all similar colors make me extremely nervous for travel – just think of all the unhappy things a white louis vuitton handbags could encounter on a security conveyor belt. Keep the louis vuitton wallets, Emmy. Just don’t carry it with this outfit.
