Carey Mulligan attended the after-party following her performance of ‘Through A Glass Darkly’ on the opening night at the Chinatown Brasserie in New York City last night.

Earlier in the evening, the 26-year-old British actress performed in the play’s opening night at the New York Theatre Workshop.

She opted for a simple Prada Resort 2011 dress with a beautiful floral print, but the rest of her look is a total disaster.Over the weekend, Carey chatted with fans while walking down the street. Granted she just came off stage from a grueling performance, so maybe there wasn’t anywhere to wash and blow-dry her hair, but a comb and a hair band were clearly needed to pull her hair off her face so it didn’t look so dirty and greasy.
